Removal And Installation: Radiator: Removal

  1. Remove the cooling module. Refer to: Cooling Module .
  2. Remove the bolts and the cooling fan motor and shroud.

    Torque: 55 lb.in (6.2 Nm)

  3. Remove the degas bottle coolant tube.

  4. Remove the condenser seals.

  5. Release the clamps, remove the bolts, and remove the transmission cooler lines. Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer

    Torque: 55 lb.in (6.2 Nm)

  6. Remove the bolt, release the tabs, and remove the condenser.

    Torque: 55 lb.in (6.2 Nm)

  7. Remove the bolts and the plate.

    Torque: 55 lb.in (6.2 Nm)

  8. Remove the lower radiator support.

  9. Remove the radiator insulators.
