Removal And Installation: Radiator: Removal

- Remove the cooling module. Refer to: Cooling Module .
- Remove the bolts and the cooling fan motor and shroud.
Torque: 55 lb.in (6.2 Nm)
- Remove the degas bottle coolant tube.
- Remove the condenser seals.
- Release the clamps, remove the bolts, and remove the transmission cooler lines. Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer
Torque: 55 lb.in (6.2 Nm)
- Remove the bolt, release the tabs, and remove the condenser.
Torque: 55 lb.in (6.2 Nm)
- Remove the bolts and the plate.
Torque: 55 lb.in (6.2 Nm)
- Remove the lower radiator support.
- Remove the radiator insulators.
