Rear Bumper Cover: Disassembly

All vehicles

Remove the rear bumper cover. Refer to: Rear Bumper Cover .
Vehicles equipped with foot operated liftgate
Disconnect the liftgate module electrical connectors.

Remove the screws and the liftgate module.

All vehicles
Remove the rear park aid sensor.
1. Disconnect the rear park aid sensor electrical connector.
2. Release the tabs.
3. Remove the park aid sensor from the bracket.

Separate the harness guides and remove the rear bumper cover harness.

Vehicles equipped with sport package
Remove the screws and the exhaust bezels.

Vehicles equipped with foot operated liftgate
Remove the lower rear bumper cover.
1. Remove the rivets.
2. Release the tabs.
3. Separate the lower rear bumper cover from the center rear bumper cover.

Remove the foot operated liftgate antennas.

All vehicles
On both sides. Release the tabs and remove the outer reflector.
