Liftgate Release Switch: Removal

  1. Remove the liftgate trim panel. Refer to: Liftgate Trim Panel .
  2. Disconnect the electrical connector.

  3. Remove the liftgate release switch.

    1. Press the retaining tabs on the liftgate release switch.
    2. Remove the liftgate release switch.
