Power Fold Seat Motor: Removal

- Remove the rear seat backrest. Refer to: Rear Seat Backrest .
Vehicles with inflatable safety belts
- Remove the LH rear outer safety belt inflator Refer to: Rear Outer Seatbelt Inflator LH - Vehicles With: Inflatable Seatbelts

All vehicles
- Remove the power fold seat motor screws.
Torque: 31 lb.in (3.5 Nm)
- Remove the rear seat backrest outboard side shield.
- Release the U-clip and remove the backrest recline handle.
- Remove the fastener and side shield.
- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Release the power fold motor cable.
- Detach the upper cable.
- Detach the center cable.
- Lift and release the lower cable. Route the cable through the seat frame opening.
- Remove the power fold seat motor.
