Possible Causes
- Fuse
- Wiring, terminals or connectors
- Heated seat module
Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks
- Verify BCM fuse 36 (15A) is OK.
- Verify BJB fuse 73 (20A) is OK.
