Active Grille Shutter: Removal

- Remove the front bumper cover. Refer to: FRONT BUMPER COVER .
- Remove the bolts.
Torque: 44 lb.in (5 Nm)
Disconnect the electrical connectors
Remove the pin-type retainers.
- Remove the pin-type retainers
Remove the screws.
- Remove the bolts. Torque: 44 lb.in (5 Nm)
Release the clips.
Position the active grille shutter forward.

NOTE: Radiator, condenser and bumper removed for clarity
Remove the bolts.
Release the retaining tabs.
Release the retaining tabs and remove the spacer assembly.
- Remove the active grille shutter.
