Front Brake Pads - Vehicles With: 2-Piston Brake Caliper: Removal
NOTE:
Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
- Remove wheel and tire. Refer to: Wheel and Tire .

NOTE: Do not allow the brake caliper to hang from the brake hose or damage to the brake hose may occur.
Remove the 2 brake caliper guide pin bolts and position the brake caliper aside.
Torque: 24 lb.ft (32 Nm)

NOTE: Note the position of the components before removal.
Remove the brake pads.

NOTE: There are two different brake pad clips. The brake pad clip with the tab must be installed at the top position on the anchor plate.
Remove the top and bottom brake pad clips.
