Front Brake Flexible Hose - Vehicles With: SVT Performance Package: Removal

NOTE: Make sure all openings are sealed.

NOTE: If the fluid is spilled on the paintwork, the affected area must be immediately washed down with cold water.

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Remove the brake caliper flow bolt and disconnect the front brake flexible hose. Discard the washers.
Torque: 35 lb.ft (48 Nm)

If equipped. Remove the flexible hose bracket mounting bolt.
Torque: 177 lb.in (20 Nm)

1. Disconnect the brake tube fitting.
  Torque: 159 lb.in (18 Nm)
2. Remove the bolt and the front brake flexible hose.
  Torque: 18 lb.ft (25 Nm)
