Rear Bumper Cover - Vehicles With: SVT Performance Package: Disassembly

All vehicles 

1. Remove the rear bumper cover. Refer to: Rear Bumper Cover - Vehicles With: SVT Performance Package .
2. Disconnect the rear bumper cover wiring harness electrical connectors.

3. Release the rear bumper cover wiring harness guides and remove the wiring harness.

4. Release the tabs and remove the rear bumper reinforcement.

   Vehicles with cellular phone antenna 

5. On both sides. Remove the screws and the 4G cellular phone antenna.

   Torque

   : 18 lb.in (2 Nm)

   All vehicles 

6. NOTE: On both sides.

   Press the tabs and remove the license plate lamp.

7. Press the tabs and remove the decklid release switch.

   Remove the screws and the exhaust outlet heat shields.

   Release the tab and remove the side marker lamp.

    Remove the nut, release the tabs and remove the and the rear reflector.

    Torque

    : 13 lb.in (1.5 Nm)

11. Remove the screws and the reversing lamp.

    Torque

    : 15 lb.in (1.7 Nm)

12. Remove the screws, the clips and the lower reinforcement.

13. Remove the lower bumper cover screws.
