Removal And Installation: Radiator: Removal

- Refer to: Cooling Fan Motor and Shroud .
- Release the clamps and disconnect the coolant hoses. Remove the A/C tube bracket bolt.
Torque: 62 lb.in (7 Nm)
- Disconnect the degas bottle hose from the radiator.
Torque: 62 lb.in (7 Nm)
- Support the transmission fluid cooler/electric powertrain radiator assembly and remove the bolts.
Torque: 53 lb.in (6 Nm)
- Support the A/C condenser, remove the bolts, release the tabs and remove the radiator from the vehicle.
Torque: 53 lb.in (6 Nm)
- Remove and discard the radiator lower isolators.
