Possible Sources 

• Communication concern
• Video camera
• BCM concern
• APIM concern (vehicles with 203 mm (8 in) touchscreen)
• FCDIM concern (vehicles without 203 mm (8 in) touchscreen)

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-Checks 

• If the rear video camera is not configured after replacement, some video functions will be inoperative. Verify the rear video camera configuration using the diagnostic scan tool.
