Halfshaft Seal LH: Installation

NOTE: Make sure the seal is installed on the flat side of the special tool.
Install a new halfshaft seal on the special tool. Use Special Service Tool: 205-153 (T80T-4000-W) Handle., 307-582A Cover Axle Seal Installer.
- Using the special tool, install the LH halfshaft seal. Use Special Service Tool: 205-153 (T80T-4000-W) Handle., 307-582A Cover Axle Seal Installer.
- Install the front LH halfshaft. Refer to: Front Halfshaft LH .
- Install the underbody shield.
- Check the transmission fluid level. Refer to: Transmission Fluid Drain and Refill .
