Turbocharger Bypass Valve: Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1. Remove the nut.
  Torque: 42 lb.in (4.8 Nm)
2. Remove the bolt.
  Torque: 93 lb.in (10.5 Nm)
3. If the engine appearance cover stud bolt is loosened or removed, it must be installed/tightened into the valve cover.
  Torque: 62 lb.in (7 Nm)

Disconnect the turbocharger bypass valve electrical connector, and remove harness from mounting stud.

Remove the retainers and the turbocharger bypass valve.
Torque: 62 lb.in (7 Nm)
