Ignition Switch - Vehicles With: Push Button Start: Removal

  1. Vehicles with touchscreen display. Remove the FCIM. Refer to: Front Controls Interface Module (FCIM) - Vehicles With: SYNC 3/Touchscreen Display . Refer to: Front Controls Interface Module (FCIM) - Vehicles With: Sony Audio System .
  2. Vehicles with touchscreen display. Remove the retainers, disconnect the electrical connector and remove the FCIM.

  3. Vehicles without touchscreen display. Remove the FCDIM. Refer to: Front Control/Display Interface Module (FCDIM) - Vehicles With: SYNC .
  4. Remove the push button ignition switch.

    1. Release the tabs.

      Use the General Equipment: Interior Trim Remover

    2. Disconnect the electrical connector and remove the ignition switch.
