Cooling Module: Installation
WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
- Install the cooling module and the fasteners. If previously equipped, install a new rivet.
Torque
: 18 lb.ft (25 Nm)
- Connect the electrical connector and attach the electrical connectors and wiring harness retainers to the lower radiator support.
- Connect the electrical connector.
- Connect the CAC pipes and tighten the clamps.
Torque
: 44 lb.in (5 Nm)
- Connect the radiator hoses and push the radiator hoses spring clips until they are fully seated.
- Install new O-rings and gasket seals. Connect the A/C lines and tighten the fasteners.
Torque
: 133 lb.in (15 Nm)
- Connect the coolant tube.
- Attach the wiring harness retainer and connect the electrical connector.
- Install the air cleaner. Refer to: Air Cleaner .
- Fill and bleed the cooling system. Refer to: Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding .
- Charge the A/C system. Refer to: Air Conditioning (A/C) System Recovery, Evacuation and Charging - Vehicles With: R134A Refrigerant .
