Charge Air Cooling Fan and Shroud: Removal

- With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview .

- Disconnect the electrical connector.
- Loosen the clamp and disconnect the CAC pipe.
Torque: 48 lb.in (5.4 Nm)
- Release the upper tab and position the charge air cooling fan and shroud outward.

NOTE: If equipped.
Remove the retainers and the shield.

NOTE: If equipped.
Remove the retainers and the underbody shield.

- Detach the coolant hose from the retainer.
- Loosen the clamp and disconnect the CAC pipe.
Torque: 48 lb.in (5.4 Nm)
- Remove the charge air cooling fan and shroud.
