Filling

Refer to: Health and Safety Precautions .
With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview .
If equipped. Remove the underbody shield.
1. Remove the air deflector.
2. Remove the underbody shield.

NOTE: Be prepared to collect escaping fluid.

Remove the fill plug, the drain plug and drain the transmission fluid.

Install the drain plug and add or remove transmission fluid as necessary.

Torque

: 26 lb.ft (35 Nm)

Install the fill plug.
