Intake Manifold: Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.

NOTE: If throttle body and adapter have been removed during engine front cover removal, they will be installed following the engine front cover procedure.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
NOTE: Only tighten the bolts finger tight at this stage.

Install the intake manifold, studs and the bolts finger tight.

Tighten the intake manifold studs and the bolts in sequence shown.
Torque

:1-10: 89 lb.in (10 Nm)

Tighten the intake manifold to throttle body clamp.
Torque

: 44 lb.in (5 Nm)
