Removal And Installation: Flywheel: Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.

NOTE: Make sure that new bolts are installed.
- Install the flywheel and the bolts finger-tight.
- Install Special Service Tool: 303-1602 Locking Tool, Crankshaft.
- Tighten the flywheel bolts in sequence shown.
  Torque
  
  :Stage 1: 89 lb.in (10 Nm) Stage 2: 18 lb.ft (25 Nm) Stage 3: 37 lb.ft (50 Nm) Stage 4: 90°
- Remove Special Service Tool: 303-1602 Locking Tool, Crankshaft.

Install the clutch disc and pressure plate. Refer to: Clutch Disc and Pressure Plate .
Use the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) Misfire Monitor Profile Correction routine in the diagnostic scan tool.
