Removal And Installation

1.

Remove the Degas bottle. Refer to Engine Cooling .

2.

Remove the hood latch. Refer to Hood Latch .

3.

Remove the hood latch release handle. Refer to Hood Latch Release Handle .

4.

Route the hood latch cable through the cowl.

Route the hood latch cable through the cowl and the engine compartment.

6.

Remove the hood latch cable.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
