Pinpoint Test F : The Speedometer Is Inoperative: Notes

Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

See Speedometer. REFER to: INSTRUMENT PANEL CLUSTER (IPC) - SYSTEM OPERATION AND COMPONENT DESCRIPTION

If the BCM does not receive the vehicle speed message from the ABS module for more than 2 seconds, the BCM and IPC set DTC U0121:00.

If the IPC does not receive the vehicle speed message or if the data is deemed invalid for more than 2 seconds, the IPC defaults the speedometer to.
