The Brake Applied - Power Reduced Message Is Always Displayed 

Normal Operation and Fault Conditions

• If the brake pedal applied message request is missing for less than 5 seconds, the IPC defaults the brake pedal applied - power reduced message center message to the last indication state, based upon the last message received.
• If the brake pedal applied message request is missing for 5 seconds or longer, the IPC defaults the brake pedal applied - power reduced message center message off.
