Automatic Engine Idle Shutdown Messages (Push Button Start Only)

The message center provides messages to indicate the PCM is preparing to shut down the engine after driver inactivity in the event the driver has exited the vehicle without shutting the engine off. The IPC receives the engine state network message from the PCM through the BCM.
