Fuel Lines: Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

1.

With vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview .

2.

Disconnect the fuel line quick release couplings and position aside. Refer to: Quick Release Coupling .

3.

Remove the fuel line bracket nuts and position aside the fuel lines.
Torque: 97 lb.in (11 Nm)

4.

Disconnect the quick release coupling from the fuel vaporizer system fuel pump and position aside.

5.

NOTE: The fuel feed line should be removed from the bottom of the vehicle.

Disconnect the fuel line quick release couplings at the fuel tank jumper lines and remove the fuel lines.
