Crankshaft Rear Seal: Removal

With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview .
- 2.
Remove the flexplate. Refer to: Flexplate .
- 4.NOTE: Use care when cleaning the sealing surfaces or damage to the foam pads can occur.
Inspect the two foam pads on the ladder frame gaskets.
