Crankshaft Position (CKP) Sensor: Installation

- 1.
Rotate the crankshaft until the trigger tooth is visible through the CKP sensor housing.

- 2.
- Install the CKP sensor and loosely install the bolt. Apply light pressure to ensure contact with the 0.02 inch (0.5 mm) feeler gauge blade. Use the General Equipment: Feeler Gauge
- Tighten the bolt
Torque: 71 lb.in (8 Nm)

- 3.
Connect the CKP sensor electrical connector.

Install the heat shield and the bolt.Torque: 21 lb.ft (28 Nm)
