Hood Latch: Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.

Disconnect the hood latch release cables and if equipped, disconnect the hood ajar switch electrical connector.
- Disconnect the hood latch release cable.
- Disconnect the secondary hood latch release cable.
- If equipped. Disconnect the hood ajar switch electrical connector.

Remove the hood latch bolts and remove the hood latch.
Torque: 177 lb.in (20 Nm)
