Rear Blower Motor: Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
  1. Remove the left-hand front seat. Refer to: Front Seat .
  2. Position aside the front door weatherstrip, release the clips and remove the front door scuffplate trim panel.

    1. Remove the safety belt anchor bolt and position the safety belt aside.

      Torque: 30 lb.ft (40 Nm)

    2. Position aside the rear door weatherstrip and the rear door scuff plate trim panel.
    3. Release the clips, slide up and remove the lower B-pillar trim panel.

  4. Position aside the front floor carpet.

  5. Remove the retainer and the filter housing cover.

  6. Disconnect the rear blower motor connector and remove the retainers and the rear blower motor.
