P1793 - Ignition Supply Malfunction

P1793 - IGNITION SUPPLY MALFUNCTION

Description:  The ISP-R circuit is monitored for low and high voltage conditions. This DTC sets when the voltage is less than 7 volts or greater than 16 volts.
Possible Causes: 
  • ISP-R circuit short to voltage
  • ISP-R circuit short to ground
  • Battery or charging system concern
Diagnostic Aids: 
Application  Key On Engine Off  Key On Engine Running  Continuous Memory 
All GO to Pinpoint Test B .
