Intake Manifold: Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
  1. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview .
  2. Refer to: Air Cleaner .
  3. Disconnect the tube from the intake manifold.

  4. Disconnect the fuel vapor tube. Refer to: Quick Release Coupling .

  5. Disconnect the electrical connectors.

  6. Disconnect the electrical connector and wire retainers.

  7. Disconnect the electrical connector from the intake manifold. Disconnect the electrical connector and wire retainers.

  8. Disconnect the harness retainer.

  9. If equipped, remove the screws and the splash shield.

  10. Disconnect the wire retainer.

  11. Remove the bolts and position out the intake manifold.

  12. Squeeze the 2 crankcase vent oil separator tube tabs and disconnect the tube from the intake manifold.
