Brake Fluid Reservoir: Removal

NOTE: Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
  1. Remove the brake master cylinder. Refer to: Brake Master Cylinder .
  2. Remove the pin and the brake fluid reservoir.

    Torque: 31 lb.in (3.5 Nm)

  3. NOTE: Install new brake fluid reservoir seals. Lubricate the seals with clean, specified brake fluid.

    Remove and discard the brake fluid reservoir seals. Refer to: Specifications .
