Front Door Window Regulator: Removal

1. Remove the front door trim panel. Refer to: Front Door Trim Panel .
2. Remove the front door speaker. Refer to: Front Door Speaker With: Sony Audio System . Refer to: Front Door Speaker With: SYNC 3/Touchscreen Display . Refer to: Front Door Speaker With: SYNC .
3. Remove the front door watershield.

4. Lower the glass to full down position.
   1. Install the front door window control switch.
   2. Lower the window to access clips.

5. Release the front door window retaining clips.

6. Apply tape to window glass to window door frame.
   1. Raise the window to fully closed position.
   2. Apply tape to window glass to window door frame.

7. Remove the front door window regulator motor cover.

8. Disconnect the electrical connector and position aside the wiring harness.
   • Remove the nuts.

     Torque: 93 lb.in (10.5 Nm)

   • Disconnect the electrical connector and position aside the wiring harness.

9. Remove the front door window regulator.
   1. Rotate the front door window glass.
   2. Remove the front door window regulator.
