Removal And Installation: Flywheel: Installation

- 1.NOTE: Make sure that new bolts are installed.
- Install the flywheel and the bolts finger-tight.
- Use Special Service Tool: 303-1602 Locking Tool, Crankshaft.
- Tighten the flywheel bolts in sequence shown in 4 stages.
Torque:
2-7:
Stage 1: 89 lb.in (10 Nm)
Stage 2: 18 lb.ft (25 Nm)
Stage 3: 37 lb.ft (50 Nm)
Stage 4: 90 °

Install the clutch disc and pressure plate. Refer to: Clutch Disc and Pressure Plate .
