Electric Water Pump

The electric water pump is controlled by the PCM via a PWM signal. This pump receives a fused 12V B+ supply when the PCM relay is energized. The electric water pump has a separate ground circuit. The PCM monitors the pump and circuits for faults and sets an DTC. These DTCs will not illuminate the MIL.
