Selector Mechanism: Installation

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.

1.

NOTE: The O-ring seal is to be reused unless damaged.

Lubricate and install the O-ring.

Material: Motorcraft ® Dual Clutch Transmission Fluid / XT-11-QDC (WSS-M2C200-D2)

NOTE: Make sure that no components catch.
- Make sure that the shift forks are in the N position.
- Install the selector mechanism.

Connect the electrical connector and install the bolts.
Torque: 18 lb.ft (24 Nm)

  Slide and install the wiring harness.
- 2.
  
  Install the retainers.
- 3.
  
  Install the battery tray support bracket and nuts.
- 4.
  
  Install the wiring harness.

Install the battery tray. Refer to: Battery Tray - 1.0L EcoBoost (90kW/120PS)/1.6L EcoBoost (132kW/180PS) - Sigma .

7.

Install the battery. Refer to: Battery .

8.

Install the air cleaner. Refer to: Air Cleaner .
