Turbocharger Coolant Supply Tube RH: Installation

  1. 1.

    Install the turbocharger coolant supply tube and then install the turbocharger coolant return tube.

  1. 2.

    Connect the turbocharger coolant tube hoses.

  1. 3.

    Install the new turbocharger coolant tube linked sealing washers.

  1. 4.

    Connect the turbocharger coolant tubes, then install new the turbocharger coolant tube bolts finger tight at this stage.

  1. 5.

    Install the turbocharger coolant tube bracket bolt finger tight at this stage.

  1. 6.

    Tighten the turbocharger coolant tube bolts.

    Torque:

    Stage 1: 106 lb.in (12 Nm)

    Stage 2: 60°

  1. 7.

    Tighten the turbocharger coolant tube bracket bolt.

    Torque

    : 106 lb.in (12 Nm)

  1. 8.

    Attach the harness retainers.

  1. 9.

    Install the turbocharger inlet pipe and then tighten the turbocharger inlet pipe clamp. Install and tighten the turbocharger inlet pipe retaining nut. Connect the turbocharger bypass hose.

    Torque:

    1: 44 lb.in (5 Nm)

    2: 44 lb.in (5 Nm)

  1. 10.

    Install the air cleaner assembly and the air cleaner outlet pipe. REFER to: Air Cleaner . REFER to: Air Cleaner Outlet Pipe .

  1. 11.

    Install the steering heat shield, then install and tighten the steering heat shield bolts.

    Torque

    : 97 lb.in (11 Nm)

  1. 12.

    Install the Catalytic Converter RH. REFER to: Catalytic Converter RH .

  1. 13.

    Fill the cooling system. REFER to: Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding .

  1. 14.

    Remove the oil fill cap, then install the engine appearance cover. Install the oil fill cap.
