Turbocharger Coolant Supply Tube LH: Installation

1.

Install the turbocharger coolant supply tube and then install the turbocharger return tube.

Connect the turbocharger coolant tube hoses and clamps.

Install the new turbocharger coolant tube linked sealing washers.

4.

Install the turbocharger coolant tubes, then install and tighten the new turbocharger coolant tube bolts.
Torque:

Stage 1: 106 lb.in (12 Nm)

Stage 2: 60°

Install and tighten the turbocharger coolant tube bracket nut.
Torque

: 106 lb.in (12 Nm)

Attach the harness retainers.

Install the coolant hose and clamp.

  Connect the quick release coupling. REFER to: Quick Release Coupling .
- Install the turbocharger inlet pipe and then tighten the turbocharger inlet pipe clamps. Connect the turbocharger bypass hose. Connect the vacuum hoses.
  Torque
  
  : 44 lb.in (5 Nm)

10.

Install the air cleaner assembly and the air cleaner outlet pipe. REFER to: Air Cleaner . REFER to: Air Cleaner Outlet Pipe .

11.

Fill the cooling system. REFER to: Cooling System Draining, Vacuum Filling and Bleeding .

12.

If equipped, install the underbody splash shield, then install the underbody splash shield fasteners.

Remove the oil fill cap, then install the engine appearance cover. Install the oil fill cap.
