Removal And Installation
NOTE:
Suspension fasteners are critical parts that affect the performance of vital components and systems. Failure of these fasteners may result in major service expense. Use the same or equivalent parts if replacement is necessary. Do not use a replacement part of lesser quality or substitute design. Tighten fasteners as specified.
- 1.NOTE: The wheel speed sensor electrical connector is located in the engine compartment secured to the fender apron.
Disconnect the wheel speed sensor electrical connector.
- 2.
Remove the wheel and tire. Refer to Wheels and Tires .
- 3.
Remove the bolt and detach the wheel speed sensor wiring.- To install, tighten to 12 Nm (106 lb-in).
- 4.
Remove the brake disc. Refer to Front Disc Brake .
- 5.
Remove and discard the 4 wheel bearing and wheel hub bolts. Remove the bearing.- To install, tighten to 175 Nm (129 lb-ft).
