CHECK for an open in circuit CPW30 (GY/YE). If OK, INSTALL a new master window control switch. REFER to Window Control Switch .
A single power window is inoperative - LF Fuse(s)

GO to Pinpoint Test A .
A single power window does not operate correctly - slow upward/downward window travel Dirt or contaminants are present in the glass runs or belt line moulding
Glass runs are not fully seated
Window regulator and motor
GO to Pinpoint Test M .
A single power window is inoperative - LF or RF (Navigator only) power window will not close (bounces back) The window system was repaired and the LF or RF (Navigator only) motor was not reinitialized DE-INITIALIZE, then INITIALIZE the LF or RF motor. REFER to Window Motor Initialization .
Glass runs are not fully seated Carefully use a rubber mallet to reseat the glass runs. DE-INITIALIZE, then INITIALIZE the LF or RF motor. REFER to Window Motor Initialization .
Dirt or contaminants are present in the glass runs or beltline moulding REMOVE/CLEAN the glass runs or beltlines. DE-INITIALIZE, then INITIALIZE the LF or RF motor. REFER to Window Motor Initialization .
Binding in the inner/outer beltline moulding REMOVE and REINSTALL the inner/outer beltlines. INSTALL new if necessary. DE-INITIALIZE, then INITIALIZE the LF or RF motor. REFER to Window Motor Initialization .
Window regulator is out of position Using the security override function, POSITION the glass in the full UP position. REFER to the Glass, Frames and Mechanisms . LOOSEN the 4 window regulator rail bolts. TIGHTEN the 4 window regulator rail bolts. DE-INITIALIZE, then INITIALIZE the LF or RF motor. REFER to Window Motor Initialization .
Front glass channel (lower portion) is out of position LOWER the glass to the full DOWN position. LOOSEN the glass channel bolt. TIGHTEN the glass channel bolt. DE-INITIALIZE, then INITIALIZE the LF or RF motor. REFER to Window Motor Initialization .
Window system components are loose CHECK the torque on the LF or RF motor screws, window glass-to-regulator bolts, regulator rail bolts, glass channel bolt and the door carrier fasteners. DE-INITIALIZE, then INITIALIZE the LF or RF motor. REFER to Window Motor Initialization .
A single power window is inoperative - RF, Expedition Wiring, terminals or connectors

A single power window is inoperative - RF, Navigator Wiring, terminals or connectors

Liftgate glass hard to latch Striker adjustment ADJUST the liftgate glass striker a one-half turn outboard. If high effort is still present, ADJUST the striker an additional one-half turn outboard. Do not exceed one full turn.
