Brake Vacuum Pump - 2.0L EcoBoost (177kW 240PS) - MI4: Removal
NOTE:
Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
- Remove the air cleaner outlet pipe. Refer to: Air Cleaner Outlet Pipe .
- Squeeze the sides of the coupling and disconnect the vacuum tube.
- Remove the bolts and vacuum pump.
Torque: 89 lb.in (10 Nm)

NOTE: Make sure that the mating faces are clean and free of foreign material.
Inspect the brake vacuum pump housing gasket and replace as necessary.
