Wastegate Vacuum Sensor: Removal

  1. 1.

    With the vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist. Refer to: Jacking and Lifting - Overview .

    Remove retainers and the underbody shield.

  1. 3.

    Disconnect the wastegate pressure sensor hose and the wastegate pressure sensor electrical connector. Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer

  1. 4.

    Remove the wastegate pressure sensor retainer and then remove the wastegate pressure sensor.
