BCM DTC Chart 

DTC Description Action
B1C84:12 Heated Rear Window Relay Output: Circuit Short To Battery GO to Pinpoint Test A 
B1C84:14 Heated Rear Window Relay Output: Circuit Short To Ground or Open If the rear window defrost is inoperative, GO to Pinpoint Test A 
If the rear window defrost is always active, GO to Pinpoint Test B 
All other DTCs - REFER to: Body Control Module (BCM) .
