Pinpoint Test A : The IPC (Instrument Panel Cluster) Is Inoperative: Notes

Normal Operation and Fault Conditions 

The IPC receives a hot at all times voltage from BCM fuse 69 (5A). The IPC receives the ignition status message from the BCM over the MS-CAN.

Visual Inspection and Diagnostic Pre-checks 

Inspect the BCM fuse 69 (5A).
