Engine Mount RH: Installation

   NOTE: Clean the engine mount-to-cylinder block mating surfaces of any dirt or foreign material prior to installation.

   Position the RH engine mount-to-cylinder block bracket and install the bolts.

   Torque: 57 lb.ft (77 Nm)

   Position the RH engine mount into the vehicle.

   NOTE: Only use hand tools when installing the engine mount stud bolts or damage to the engine mount can occur.
   NOTE: Apply threadlock to the engine mount stud bolts.

   Install the RH engine mount stud bolts.

   Material: Threadlock 262 / TA-26 (WSK-M2G351-A6)

   Torque: 22 lb.ft (30 Nm)

   NOTE: Only use hand tools when installing the engine mount nuts or damage to the engine mount can occur.

   Install the new RH engine mount nuts.

   Torque: 129 lb.ft (175 Nm)

   Using the engine support bar, lower the engine to the installed position. Use Special Service Tool: 303-F070 Support Bar, Engine.

   Install the new LH engine mount through bolt.

   Torque: 258 lb.ft (350 Nm)

   Install the starter motor. Refer to: Starter Motor .

   Position the A/C compressor and install the bolts.

   Torque: 18 lb.ft (25 Nm)

   Install the A/C compressor belt. Refer to: Air Conditioning (A/C) Compressor Belt .

   NOTE: Only use hand tools when installing the transmission mount-to-crossmember nuts or damage to the transmission mount can occur.

   Tighten the transmission mount-to-crossmember nuts.

   Torque: 85 lb.ft (115 Nm)

   Install the new RH catalytic converter-to-exhaust manifold nuts.

   Torque: 30 lb.ft (40 Nm)

   Torque: 30 lb.ft (40 Nm)

   • Position the exhaust Y-pipe dual catalytic converter-to-exhaust intermediate pipe and install the new bolts.
   • Tighten the inner exhaust Y-pipe dual catalytic converter-to-exhaust intermediate pipe bolt.

     Torque: 46 lb.ft (63 Nm)

   • Tighten the outer exhaust Y-pipe dual catalytic converter-to-exhaust intermediate pipe bolt.

     Torque: 46 lb.ft (63 Nm)

   Install the front driveshaft. Refer to: Front Driveshaft .

   If equipped, install the skid plate and the bolts.

   Torque: 30 lb.ft (40 Nm)

   • Install the pin-type retainers.

   • Install the bolts.
