Parking Brake Cable LH: Removal

NOTE:
Vehicles with 3, 683 mm (145 inch) wheel base shown, all others similar

Release the parking brake cable tension. Refer to: Parking Brake Cable Tension Release .

Press inward on the 2 LH parking brake cable retainer tabs and detach the cable from caliper support bracket.
- 2.
Detach the LH parking brake cable from the parking brake shoe actuator lever.

Press inward on the 3 LH parking brake cable retainer tabs and detach the cable from the frame bracket.
- 6.
Route the LH parking brake cable though the RH parking brake cable brackets and remove the LH parking brake cable.
