Cooling Module: Installation

1.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

2.

NOTE: Only use the specified material to lubricate the seals.

Install new condenser fitting O-ring seals.

Material: Motorcraft® PAG Refrigerant Compressor Oil / YN-12-D (WSH-M1C231-B)

3.

Fill and bleed the cooling system. Refer to: Cooling System Draining and Vacuum Filling .

4.

Check and fill the transmission fluid as necessary. Refer to: Transmission Fluid Level Check .
