Manage Electric Vehicle Display

The IPC provides the manage electric vehicle message center display to indicate the current electric vehicle mode to the driver. The vehicle modes are:

• Auto electric vehicle only
• Electric vehicle only
• Override electric vehicle

Each mode provides unique information, displays and message center indicators. Refer to the Owner's Literature for full details of the manage electric vehicle displays and functionality.

The IPC uses 2 messaged inputs to control the manage electric vehicle displays. The IPC receives the hybrid mode status display and the hybrid mode message request messages from the GWM over the Infotainment Controller Area Network (I-CAN). The GWM receives the hybrid mode status display and the hybrid mode message request messages from the SOBDMC over the HEV - CAN.
