The RH front window control switch illumination is inoperative or always on	Window control switch Power window concern	VERIFY the operation of the power windows. If the power windows do not operate correctly, REFER to: Glass, Frames and Mechanisms .
The LH front window control switch illumination is inoperative or always on	Window control switch Power windows concern	VERIFY the operation of the power windows. If the power windows operate correctly, INSTALL a new LH front window control switch. REFER to: Front Door Window Control Switch . If the power windows do not operate correctly, REFER to: Glass, Frames and Mechanisms .
The headlamp or dimmer switch illumination is inoperative	Headlamp switch	INSTALL a new headlamp switch. REFER to: Headlamp Switch .
The FCIM illumination is inoperative/does not dim (with 4.2-inch [107 mm] display)	Refer to the Pinpoint Test	GO to Pinpoint Test F
The FCIM illumination is inoperative/does not dim (with 6.5-inch [165 mm] touchscreen display)	Network communication concern FCIM	VERIFY the operation of the audio system. If the audio system operates correctly, INSTALL a new FCIM. REFER to: Front Controls Interface Module (FCIM) - Vehicles With: AM/FM/SYNC/Touchscreen Display. If the audio system does not operate correctly, REFER to: Information and Entertainment System - Vehicles With: AM/FM/SYNC/Touchscreen Display.
The FCDIM illumination is inoperative/does not dim	Network communication concern FCDIM	VERIFY the operation of the audio system. If the audio system operates correctly, INSTALL a new FCDIM. The FDIM illumination is inoperative/does not dim	APIM FDIM	VERIFY that the audio system can be operated from the FDIM. If the audio system responds normally to FDIM inputs, Refer to APIM HARDWARE TESTING . If the FDIM illumination still does not function correctly after the repair, INSTALL a new FDIM. REFER to: Front Display Interface Module (FDIM) - Vehicles With: AM/FM/SYNC/Touchscreen Display. If the audio system does not respond normally to FDIM inputs, REFER to: Information and Entertainment System - Vehicles With: AM/FM/SYNC/Touchscreen Display.
The IPC illumination is inoperative/does not dim	Network communication concern IPC	Using a diagnostic scan tool, PERFORM a network test. If the IPC passes the network test, Refer to IPC Hardware Testing . If the diagnostic scan tool responds with no communication with the IPC, REFER to: Communications Network .
The TBM illumination is inoperative/does not dim	Network communication concern TBM	Using a diagnostic scan tool, PERFORM a network test. If the TBM passes the network test, INSTALL a new TBM. REFER to: Trailer Brake Control Module (TBM) . If the diagnostic scan tool responds with no communication with the IPC, REFER to: Communications Network .
