Turbocharger Coolant Supply Tube - RH: Removal
NOTE:
Whenever turbocharger air intake system components are removed, always cover open ports to protect from debris. It is important that no foreign material enter the system. The turbocharger compressor vanes are susceptible to damage from even small particles. All components should be inspected and cleaned, if necessary, prior to installation or reassembly.
NOTE:
During the removal or installation of components, cap, tape or otherwise appropriately protect all openings and tubes/fittings to prevent the ingress of dirt or other contamination. Remove caps, tape and other protective materials prior to installation.

Remove the oil filler cap and then remove the engine appearance cover. Install the oil filler cap.
- 2.
Drain the cooling system. Refer to Engine Cooling .
- 4.
Remove the RH catalytic converter. Refer to Exhaust System .
- 5.
Remove the steering gear heat shield retaining bolts and then remove the steering gear heat shield.
- 6.
Remove the air cleaner assembly and the air cleaner outlet tube. Refer to Intake Air Distribution and Filtering .
- 7.
- Release the clamp and disconnect the turbocharger bypass hose.
- Remove the turbocharger inlet tube retaining nut.
- Loosen the clamps and remove the turbocharger inlet tube.
- 10.
Remove and discard the turbocharger coolant tube bolts, then position the turbocharger coolant tubes out of the way.
