Removal And Installation: Radiator: Removal
NOTE:
Removal steps in this procedure may contain installation details.
- 1.
Drain the cooling system. Refer to: Cooling System Draining and Vacuum Filling .
- 2.
Release the clamp and disconnect the lower radiator hose.Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer
- 3.
Remove the cooling fan motor and shroud. Refer to: Cooling Fan Motor and Shroud .
- 5.
Release the clamp and disconnect the upper radiator hose.Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer
- 6.
Release the clamp and disconnect the upper coolant hose.Use the General Equipment: Hose Clamp Remover/Installer

Position the radiator towards the engine.
- 2.
Release the upper tabs and position the A/C condenser aside.
- 1.
NOTE:
Front bumper removed for clarity.
- 9.
Remove the bolts and position aside the transmission fluid cooler.Torque
: 53 lb.in (6 Nm)
